Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time 
- All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays).
- Orders submitted after standard cutoff times or over weekends will begin fulfillment the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 
- Real-time carrier rates and options are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

Standard Ground Shipping:
Typically 2–7 business days across Canada/North America depending on your location.

Express Shipping:
Typically 1–3 business days. 

Order Tracking Once your package is picked and labeled by our fulfillment centers, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scan events to populate. 

Delivery Addresses We ship to physical commercial and residential street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized, freight, or courier-delivered merchandise.
